Life Updates & Papa's Birthday

 We are officially back and blogging again. I also post Shorts on YouTube and Reels on Instagram as well under the name “DuchessElizabethP”.

Ev is now 5 years old turning 6 coming in October. She will be heading from Jr Kindergarten to Kindergarten this coming school year. 

We started our Saturday Morning heading to the Local Farmer’s Market. A few of our normal venders were not there but Eve got to do “Power of Produce” and earned $5 token to spend on Veggies of her Choice. She chose Snap Peas to take home from her favorite local farm. We explored around and only bought some Green Beans for dinner some time this coming week. 

We went and enjoy Lil Eve’s Papa’s 66th Birthday which the sweet girl told him was a “Pool Party”. Getting out of the little city is sometimes needed and this area is the best escape. We grilled and had BBQ Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Hot Dogs, and Potato Salad which was amazing. She will spending her time here up to her surgery this coming week when she will be stuck at home.

Farmer’s Market 2026

 Today we got to enjoy the first day of our local Farmer’s Market Season. It was quite busy from the opening bell with many local farms (with Veggies, Herb Plants, and local meats), Artist and such with their work, local Coffee and so much more. They also had such a busy turn out with people also taking their children. I was so happy to see things coming back.

Visit to Papa’s [07/27/2025]

Yesterday on 07/27/2025… We went out to Lil Eve’s Papa’s new home out in the beautiful Country Side. Lil Eve already has spending 4 days out here so I could get some deep cleaning done on our Apartment. She was noticeable within her Element in the area. From what I was told she at most spent only 2 hours inside not counting sleeping & Naps. She spent most her time outside playing with in the big front and back yard. 

It was completely stunning and Quiet place to be. Lil Eve even caught her first fish on (07/26/2025) while fishing in Papa’s backyard, and it was a nice size Catfish. We had burger off the grill for lunch as we enjoyed the beautiful weather before it rained out

Calm Easter 2025

 

This Easter was quite a calm one which I really wasn’t running around or feeling I must do everything. We ended up with an amazing dinner.

Then once Lil Eve was resting as she has school in the Morning I made sure to shut down the kitchen.

Life Updates

 

I noticed I haven’t actually blogged in quite awhile as also for a month I don’t even have a cell phone. Life is still on quite a positive path and even my work right now as a Home Care aside is going very well. I’m in the middle of doing a huge spring Declutter and Clean on my home. 

My mom has officially gone a year without being hospitalized on me as last year was a really rough one due to that. Her health right now seems to be pretty evened out as things can become complicated with the Renal Failure.

I have updated many areas in my life in the process as well as I am moving from Walden to a local University to finish my degree. I had so many issues with Walden starting at the end of last year. 

I updated my Kitchen with this nice Nespresso and cute little Expresso cup. Many know I tend to live off Coffee & Lattes. lol I love not spending $7 just to have a favorite and I get to stay in my cozy home. 

That’s all for now but Expect more Blogs coming in more steady. Hopefully I will back Vlogging soon.
